lifeisabeach.gr is a community-powered travel platform focused on beaches and coastal destinations. The Service allows users to discover destinations, read and write reviews, upload photos, create travel guides, and connect with other travelers.

3. User Accounts

To contribute content (reviews, photos, guides), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. User Content

When you submit content to lifeisabeach.gr, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform
• Confirm that you have the right to share the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights
• Agree that your content may be moderated and that we may remove content that violates our guidelines

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Upload content that is offensive, abusive, or violates any laws
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Spam, post commercial content, or engage in self-promotion
• Attempt to access other users accounts or our systems without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape content from the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The lifeisabeach.gr name, logo, design, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without written permission. User-generated content remains the property of its creators, subject to the license granted in Section 4.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform, including user-submitted reviews, coordinates, and descriptions. Always exercise caution when visiting beaches and coastal areas.

8. Limitation of Liability

lifeisabeach.gr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
